Before You Write
If your message is about an order — a refund, a shipment, a charge on your card — we are the wrong address, and writing to us will cost you time. We are a review site. We do not sell anything, we never touch your payment, and we have no access to your order. Contact the merchant using the details in your order confirmation email. Everything else, we want to hear.

We aim to reply within two business days. Real messages get real replies from a person.
What We're Glad to Hear About
- Corrections. This is the one we most want. If a spec on this site is wrong, a promotion we mention has ended, or a claim does not match your experience with SynGas — tell us. We will check it, fix it, and note that we did.
- Questions about our review. If a conclusion looks off to you, ask. We would genuinely like to know where our reasoning does not hold up.
- Requests. A related fuel-saving topic you would like us to cover, or a question you could not get a straight answer to anywhere else.
- A merchant treating you badly. We cannot resolve your order, but if a company we recommend is mishandling readers, that changes what we recommend. Tell us.
- Media and general enquiries. Happy to talk about our methodology.
What We Can't Help With
- Orders, refunds and shipping. Not our transaction — contact the merchant via your order confirmation email. For SynGas orders, that is the official store you purchased from.
- Technical support for the device. The manufacturer's support channel will always know their product better than we do.
- Paid placements. To be direct with the brands who ask: our scores are not for sale, we do not accept payment for a review, and no merchant sees a review before it is published. Please do not send the offer.

We write about fuel efficiency, but nothing here is a substitute for proper vehicle maintenance or professional mechanical advice. If your vehicle shows a warning light, unusual performance or a mechanical issue, have it checked by a qualified mechanic — no fuel-saving device review outranks that.
